Charity event planners inform us of how they “envision” the event and what the charity goals are…
Prestige Prints consults with the sponsoring charitable organization to determine the overall type of fundraising event such as:
  • When the  fundraiser event needs to occur
  • How long the  charity event needs to last
  • The time of day/night
  • The location- indoor/outdoor
  • The number of attendees
  • Classification of Level- Formal or Casual
  • Prestige/Celebrity level of attendance 

With this information in hand, Prestige Prints & Collectibles Auctions can then determine the number of items necessary, dollar level of  items to be sold, classification of attendees – males/females/celebrity level and items or activities to increase excitement and interest in the benefit event itself.
